Tuthill Corporation Sells Coupling Group

Eaton Corporation’s acquisition of the Tuthill Coupling Group has been completed. The Hansen Coupler remains in the lineup of Eaton Corporation products. Fluid Line Components has been a distributor of the Hansen Coupler, since the product line was originally part of the Aro Corporation.

Beginning immediately, the new owner will identify the business as "Eaton" as the Tuthill name is phased out.

Over the next few months, Eaton Corporation will work toward making a seamless transition, and will continue to deliver in a timely manner. Fluid Line will continue to purchase, stock, and distribute the Hansen Coupler products of Eaton Corporation.
