Terms of Sale

Terms:

Our discount terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days, upon approved credit. The 1% cash discount does not apply to shipping charges. Delinquentaccounts past 60 days may be assessed with an 18% A.P.R. financecharge. Accounts past due beyond 60 days will be placed on credit hold.We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express charge cards.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for all pricing and your individual special discounts.

Special Quotations:

Special quotation will be made for any item in quantity. All parts made to customer’s special requirements (items not shown in our catalog) aresubject to shipment of 10% over or under quantity ordered. All quotationsare made for immediate acceptance only. All prices are subject to changewithout notice. All pricing is on basis of “prices in effect at time ofshipment.”

Terms of Sale:

All orders are subject to acceptance by our home office. All claims for shortage must be made within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Aminimum invoice price of $10.00 applies to all orders. Items may bedropped or added to our line without previous notification. We do notrecognize any special conditions printed on our customer’s orders. Onceorders are accepted by us, orders cannot be cancelled in whole or in partwithout our authorization, and then only on terms that will indemnify usagainst loss. All prices, terms, designs, and technical specifications aresubject to change without notice. All pricing is on basis of “prices in effectat time of shipment.”

Guarantee:

We guarantee our goods only to the extent of replacing or repairing any part which proves defective in workmanship or material provided it isreported to us not more than 30 days after receipt of the part(s). Further,we are not responsible for deterioration, wear or injury resulting from age,accident or abuse. In no case will we allow charges for labor, expense, orconsequential damage.

Returned Goods:

Material must not be returned for credit without our written permission. All returned goods must be in a clean, resalable condition, and within45 days of invoice date. Customers must advise invoice number anddate of shipment whenever a return is made. A handling charge againstinvoice or market price will be made based on restocking charges ofthe Manufacturer. We reserve the right to inspect returned goods todetermine physical condition of goods. In the event merchandise returnedis not in good condition we may at our option send the goods back to thecustomer. Freight on all authorized returned parts must be prepaid. Allreturns may be subject to the manufacturer return policies.
