GUIDED CYLINDERS

Compact Air Guided Cylinders are designed for short, limited space applications in which an air cylinder is needed that guides and supports its own load. Out-performing conventional non-rotating cylinders they are designed for both torsional and direct side load.

FEATURES:

• Pneumatic service thru 250psi (1/2"bore 125psi)

• 1/2 - 3" bore

• Buna-N seals

• Heavy walled square aluminum barrel is clear anodized

• Black anodized aluminum tooling platform is machined flat and provides a large surface for attachments

• Two external guide rods are heat treated stainless steel with long, oil impregnated Bronze guide bushings

• Large diameter central rod 303 stainless steel features an oil impregnated bronze guide bushing

• Distance between cylinder face and tooling plate prevents "finger trap"

• Standard magnetic piston for limit sensing
